By accessing and using the Rokk application and device, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Clause 2: Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the Rokk application per device for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not modify or copy the materials, use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display, attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in the application, or remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.
Clause 3: Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service. By using Rokk, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. We collect audio recordings, usage data, and device information to provide and improve our services.
Clause 4: Audio Content and Recordings
Rokk allows you to record audio sessions and memories. You retain ownership of your recordings, but grant Rokk a license to store, process, and provide access to these recordings through our service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to record any audio content.
